We use the industry standard term “cash”, but in most cases, you’ll get paid through a title/attorney/escrow company that will handle the paperwork for the transaction. They will arrange to pay you directly by wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check when the transaction closes. So, although we use the term “Cash”, you’ll be paid by the title company however you choose and you won’t be paid with physical cash.

Yes, you will be selling us the property as-is. All we ask is that you provide us any information you have about the property. We’ll generally ask you a short list of questions about the property. We understand that some owners have no knowledge about the property and that is ok. We’ll never ask you to do any work to the property before the sale is completed. The best way to move forward is to sign and send us back the purchase agreement by email, text, or mail. We can also send you the agreement by email to sign electronically.
